You need to review your services; I'm here right now. I arrived at 1 p.m. to see a pulmonologist, and I was asked to wait until 2:30 p.m. He still wasn't there. At 3:20 p.m., I went back to see the woman. The doctor asked how many patients she had, and she said two. He said tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. How can this behavior be explained? Do we come to the hospital for pleasure or for medical care? It's terrible.

Just like many private health facilities in cameroon, once you get to the hospital in an emergency situation, the first thing the management ask is some amount of money for deposit before care can be administered to the patient. But IDIMED has actually made their policy to take care of medical emergencies before any financial obligation. I think this policy is praise worthy.

Actually the name is Polyclinique IDIMED. I made a review about this some weeks ago. Hopefully, Google will review and validate my review. However, the infrastructure is nice and manageable.
